TheCAMERA Campus Activist Project will assist in creating pro-Israel student
organizations on college campuses across the country, enabling like-minded
students to present speakers and hold events — as well as to organize in
response to biased activity against the Jewish state.
CAMERA's new initiative will help students further educate their peers about Israel, the Middle East and the Arab-Israeli conflict. Each accepted student organization may receive up to $6,000 from CAMERA per academic year. The program will allow students to create recognized student groups on campuses where resources are not already available and can support already recognized autonomous pro-Israel groups with resources they are not receiving. CAMERA will act a resource to students, providing them with guidance and funding for programs. |
